Cycle-touring
If I'm away from home, it will invariably involve taking my bike. Coming out of lockdown, I discovered the pleasures of multi-day cycle-touring. Packing just the essentials and getting out on open the road; the freedom of being outside non-stop; travelling completely by your own means; traversing across countries, and each next night, sleeping somewhere new. It's in my opinion the best way of seeing the world.
